Spartan Strength Knee Sleeves by Sparthos (Pair) Support & Compression for Weightlifting, Powerlifting & Squats Heavy Duty 7mm Neoprene (MS - Knee Measurement 12 1/2-13 3/4)

As I get a bit older, I find that compression sleeves (and pants and shirts) help lots in weight lifting and softball (I'm in 3 leagues and 67). These offer good support in the knee area, providing added stability. The sizing chart which accompanies these need to be looked at carefully; my size was at the boarder between medium and large, I went with the medium and they are a bit tight - but not uncomfortably so. They suggest hand washing, but I toss them in the washing machine with other gym wear (cold water). I do not put them in the dryer.

For the price these are great it’s been a month so far and still no problems. Just as everyone else said get the bigger size, or one size bigger...

I am very happy with my Spartan Strength knee sleeves. They came a day prior to my leg day so I was stoked. When the day came, I pulled them on and was more than happy with the support they provided during back squats and deadlifts. You can tell they were built to last. A+

These are the best sleeves I've tried yet! I spent 68 minutes matching my trainer in squats, lunges, cable kickbacks, step ups and then cardio on an incline treadmill, with no sore knees. And the customer service is AMAZING!

Received them in a timely manner but they where a little tight. I reached out to them and they where able to send me a bigger size which worked out great. I feel the support while weightlifting!
