Excellent product and company!!!
We bought 7 of these for our clubhouse keys. The product is easy to use and allows you to add and delete users. The boxes are very secure. We needed something that would allow us to store our keys by building and generate codes should there be an emergency where someone needs to get a key. The seller is 5 stars! We have had a few questions and the seller has always quickly responded and very helpful. I would highly recommend this product and seller.

Useless product with no U.S. support
Tried registering the device in every possible way. As others said, it does not work. There is no U.S. customer service number; the directions give you a phone number in Hong Kong. Without the app, it is useless. Definitely will be returned, horrible product and even worse service.

Will not LOCK
You can unlock this thing as many times as you please, it just never locks lol the “security” of having it is just the disguise that things are secured, they’re really not, because once you unlock it, it PERMANENTLY stays UNLOCKED. Waste of money. The instructions do not address this issue either. If you want to only deter thieves, this is the box for you. If you want actual security, buy literally anything else.

Junk! And no customer service help
Downloaded the app but couldn’t register an account. Like the other reviewer said..it’s a piece of junk with out the app!! And then I tried to get help and Nothing!! Definitely would NOT recommend!!

Don't waste your money. The app doesn't work make the device useless.
