S pen not included!
No s pen! As many other reviewers have complained, this came without the s pen. Tablet is fine, working well but useless to me unless it has the pen. Amazon says to contact Samsung if something is "missing ". Did that and Samsung tells me to contact Amazon. Very unhappy about this situation.

My refurbished unit is indistinguishable from new
I bought this as the little brother to the larger model I also own. I opted for buying one that was refurbished to save money and was pleasantly surprised to find it was indistinguishable from new. I love how well its big brother works, and this one runs all the same software, just on a smaller screen. Each has its place, where this one is great for what I need it for while standing.

The pen doesn't connect
Overall, I am very happy with this Purchase, the Device is in great condition, But on the other hand the pen has a decent sized scratch in it and doesn't connect to the device, Allowing full functionality, which is also fine considering the price, but the pen does work. Hopefully the problem with the pen not connecting is because of the pen and not the device itself, I don't see why the device would be the problem!

Great Tablet
I wanted to upgrade my old, sluggish Samsung tablet, but didn't want to shell out for the newest top of the line model(s). I decided to go with this one and am very happy with it. I'm just a casual user - simple games, web surfing, buying things on Amazon ;-), etc., and this one works very well for me.
