Exactly what I ordered. They fit perfectly on the backflow assembly test cocks. 1/4" male side has o-ring to water seal adapter. Flare side is for attaching test kit. I lose or forget and leave them attached to the assemblies - these are great to have on hand as I need to replace lost adapters.
