As many reviewers indicated: difficulty to install. In brief: 1. The water inlet to the tank is hidden inside at the bottom back of the tank. Once the toilet is installed, it leaves no space to reach it. YOU MUST CONNECT THE WATER LINE FIRST TO THE TOILET BEFORE THE TOILET. OTHERWISE YOU HAVE TO UNINSTALL EVERYTHING. 2. Be prepared with a small ranch to fix the screw from the side holes. 3. The screws that fix the toilet covers are also hidden behind the toilet, you got have to do it if you want to install a washlet. Or you have to remove the whole toilet off. 4. This one piece toilet is heavy. I have to use a small winch to lift it up above the drainpipe, then align and low down. 5. The sucking force of the toilet seems not strong as I expected. It works ok when the quantity of waste is minimum. ----------- Following ups: Despite of the difficulties, it turns out a reasonable nice piece of product. In addition, the sellers have great responses for the questions raised.

I needed a compact toilet but really wanted the elongated seat. None of the regular manufacturers carried in the box stores were compact enough. This toilet fit the dimensions with an inch or two to spare. It’s comfortable, looks nice, is easy to clean and works as a toilet should. Not to mention was cheaper than the ones at the box stores.

Notes & Hints: We installed in a very tight space and there was only room for 1 person. Don't use a Wax Toilet Ring. If you miss the alignment you'll have to cleanup the mess. I used a Danco Perfect Seal. What worked best for me was placing a 2X4 at the front of the flange and picking the toilet up and moving it all the way to the back wall and putting it down. It was almost perfectly placed and went over the flange bolts very easily after removing the 2x4. My wife needs handrails and the seat we have is not Soft Close (Bemis). I found a Soft Close seat with Rails but Harow says it won't work. Damn if I can see why not.

I like the way this toilet bowl looks and operates. It uses less water than any toilet bowl, which is a good thing. However, the negative is if you take a pretty big dump, it will clog it and it happens often more often than I would want it to. It’s very bad when you have guests over and they take a normalized dump and clogs. That’s a very embarrassing thing for them and then I have to go unclog it. When putting the toilet bowl in it was a little tough to tighten the nuts down because it holes on the side, but they’re too small to fit your hand in but eventually it will get done. It is comfortable, sitting on the seat, comes off excellent to clean it quick and it’s an inch higher than other tables which I like.

This Horow ADA toilet was installed as a part of a bathroom renovation for accessibilty. It has an attractive, contemporary skirted style & fits the small space perfectly. Additionaly, the ADA height of 17+" is indeed a comfortable height. The flush is surprisingly powerful and cleans the entire bowl with a single flush. Most importantly, the Horow customer support is superior. They were quick to respond and proactively stayed in regular contact. It turned out to be a simple question, but the follow-up was excellent. It was refreshing to experience this level of personal attention & support from a company today. (Renovation is incomplete as of this posting) I am very happy withy this choice and would definitely buy a Horow product again.

We have 2 of these bought in June 2023 and they are so chic & easy to keep clean. The height is great for tall people. We bought them 2 years ago and the only complaint is the part you sit on is not top quality. However this company has excellent service. We winterized the home and were away during Arctic cold and came home to a broken toilet: a side piece of ceramic had broken off. HOROW REPLACED it even tho it was no longer under warranty. WOW!!

This Horow toilet is top in every category. It is very stylish and has both low water use & a powerful but quiet flush. It took a plumber under 1 1/2 hours to remove the old toilet and install the new. The manufacturer, Horow, has been a pleasure to deal with. A great purchase, start to finish.

The toilet itself is fine, it was easy to all (all toilets are easy to install). The seat is cheap flimsy plastic and when you sit on it - it shifts to one side. It requires constant adjustments with tools.
