How big are the bark pieces?

Small. From 1/2" round, to very very small, to a 1" long piece. Works great, btw.

I am worried about fungus gnats or other bugs as I’ve seen reported on other orchid mixes. Has anyone had any of these issues with this product?

No I've not had any problems with this mix.

What % of each of the 2 ingredients (bark and perlite)?

I have had my orchids since last Mother's Day. I transplanted them with Orchid mix potting soil last year. They are in full bloom now. I don't know the mix, but it seems to do the job. These are the first orchids I have ever grown. I soak the basket they are in in a bowl of water once a week for 30 minutes. It seems to have worked. Have fun.
