Great water filter
I have re-ordered this numerous times for my waterdrop filter. Its qreat, functions well and water taste fresh. Follow instructions when reinstalling replacements and you won't have any issues. Fits well. I have the stainless steal filter.

Great item.
Works as well as original as far as i can tell. Easy replacement as long as you have the wrench thing to change it. Last ones tasted ok past the 12 month mark. 1st one was a bit shorter so balanced out. :-) Good for a prepper.

Those are the best words to describe the service that I received from Representative Harper W. at Waterdrop, the company that makes countertop water filter systems and replacement filters. The entire team was excellent but Harper stood out, above and beyond! It was truly a wonderful experience communicating with individuals who actually understood the meaning of customer service. An experience that I will remember for some time.Thank you all! I misplaced the tool needed to change filter and contacted company to see if I could get another one. Not only did they ship another tool kit but an additional filter as well. A pleasant but unexpected surprise, thank you. As for the actual product, the filter system is excellent and It works very well. The water tastes great. For me, it lasted about a year or so because I live alone. It may not last as long for families but it is well worth the price. I definitely recommend that others give it a try. Thank you Waterdrop for an excellent product and the outstanding customer service!
