Buy it now!! So worth it!
It’s no exaggeration that this vacuum has single-handedly changed my life. For years I’ve wanted to keep up a clean space but I have depression and chronic pain, both of which mix into a lack of motivation and therefore lack of cleaning.I’ve always swept or used a cheap vacuum (without the spinning bristles), and it would take me forever and my pain would flare up for hours afterwards. Because of this, I’d put off cleaning the floors.I live in an older house and the plugs are scarce. Before while using the old vacuum I’d have to stop and swap plugs, and I was never able to reach the end of my hallway since there’s no plugs down there.Let me tell you. This vacuum? Solved all of my issues. It is lightweight, has fantastic suction, has a looooong cable and has made a painful chore into an exciting feat.What would’ve taken me easily an hour before only took me 10 minutes. I’m not exaggerating. I didn’t need to swap the plugs once, and was able to reach the end of my hallway AND do the majority of the stairs before the cord ran out, which is FAR more than I could ever do with any old vacuum.This has saved my back, is soooo easy to put together and swap out attachments and clean the canister. I don’t know why I never bought one sooner, but this is a life changer for me. HIGHLY recommend!!!The full attachment gets the bulk of the cat fur etc, and the nozzle gets into all the little nooks and crannies, and also has fantastic suction, able to pick up small items that no vacuum I’ve used could before. I’ve never been able to vacuum the cat fur before from rugs, but with this, it is sucked up instantly. I think I’m in love.

Great replacement for a broom for it's price
I needed something to replace my regular broom. With two cats, there's a lot of hair and dust. Sweeping just creates chaos of dust and hair flying around. I have a two bedroom townhouse with mainly tiles and hardwood floors. I do have a larger and stronger vacuum, but it's such a pain to lug it up and down the stairs. So I have mainly kept the larger one for the bedrooms, where there's plush carpet.Delivery of this vacuum was a bit delayed, but I have to say the strength of the vacuum is well worth it. The frame is quite flimsy, but it definitely helps reduce the overall weight. I have been vacuuming daily on the living floor and the stairs into my loft/office area to remove any dirt and dust before I would steam mop the floors. This sure does works great. Only con is that it is cord, but after reading different reviews on cordless and cord, I rather stick with the cord. Most other cordless tends to stop holding their charge after a short period. I have multiple handheld cordless vacuum, and it does the trick, but you definitely notice a difference with the cord to the cordless.So overall I'm happy with this purchase, as it was intended to replace a broom. For the price, I don't think it's too bad. It is small enough to put into the closet with the regular broom. I would not recommend this for carpets. It is a little loud if you have a baby, but again all vacuums are.

So far, very nice and seems to be performing well. Added a few more nice to have features.
I only had this nice vacuum a few days and used it once on my hardware floors and 8 X 10 carpets. Will probably give it 5 stars in my next review (too soon for that rating) and do have a few recommendations so far. It's not a heavy-duty vacuum and purchased it for something quick and easy to use for everyday light cleaning (I do have a heavy-duty vacuum also for heavier vacuuming once in a while).The vacuum is light, easy to set up, seems sturdy, can stand by itself against the wall, excellent 18 ft. electric cord, and good suction power on both hardwood and small carpets - exactly what I was hoping for. The brush turns nicely by motor power, not by air pressure as some models do. The following recommendations are minor, nice to have in future versions and not meant to be-little this so far nice vacuum:1. Would be nice to have an additional button to turn on-off the brush (might help picking up matter from the hardwood floors but up to Bissell engineers to test this feature).2. The vacuum handle is very smooth and allows the vacuum to twist in your hand easily. It would be nice to roughen this up a little so you have a little firmer grip that would help keep it from twisting left or right in your hand. Not a big deal but nice to have and should be an easy enhancement.3. It would be nice to have a way to attach the Crevice tool (included for vacuuming hard-to-reach spaces and messes) to the vacuum when not in use. The Crevice tool comes with the vacuum but sometimes I can't remember where I left it from my last use of it. A quick plastic hook or catch on the handle would be nice, where it becomes part of the vacuum you carry around. As a temporary measure, I attached a piece of Velcro to the lower part of the long handle and a piece to one of the back sides of the Crevice tool and that seems to work fine (always know where I put it last). I am sure the Bissell engineers can find a little better solution. Should be an easy enhancement.4. In addition to the Crevice tool, it would be nice to have a little brush attachment to vacuum furniture, for cat hair, etc. Not a big deal either but nice to have.5. Would be nice to be able to hang on a closet wall. Could we please have some small plastic wall hanger, that can be screwed onto the wall to enable it to be hung from the wall. Doesn't need to be much of a hanger and not everybody would need or want it, but a nice, inexpensive addition for the unit.6. Would be nice if the revolving brush mechnesim would swivel left and right. I had used this feature on a previous vacuum and loved it as I could reach awkard areas.7. I still can't give this vacuum five stars as it could use more suction power. It does clean but I never feel the floors are really that clean. A little more suction power would be really nice but I guess that would compete with your more expensive vacuums. I purchased this vs. a cordless for the purpose of getting more power and of course use time. Unfortunately, power wise, it is comparable to an inexpensive cordless. Having used this now, and it does do a fair job, I would have returned it and reconsidered a cordless but my return policy has expired.

Good suction
This vacuum is AWESOME! We’ve got two dogs, and they shed like there is no tomorrow. Plus, we’ve got heavy dense carpet. Oh my goodness, it sucked all the hair right up! My carpet looks like we don’t own any animals!! Plus it’s light weight and very easy to use! I love love love it!!

Price=quality
For the price, this vacuum is very good, but in general this is not a good vacuum for an entire living space. My apartment is 1200ft, 99% carpeted and I have a medium length fur cat.Pros: The vacuum has the same suction power as my Shark, it’s extremely quiet, and the head is small enough to fit under things very easily, the filter is easy to clean and empty, and it’s extremely lightweight and easy to carryCons: it is not self propelling so it’s a bit tedious to manually push it around large spaces, the wheels on the head are very difficult to turn so going around chair legs or corners is difficult, I am 5’4” and the vacuum is almost to short for me to easily push, the cord is pretty short so you will need to plug and unplug it frequently if you are moving from room to roomOverall, this vacuum is worth the money; thats why it’s so cheap. This vacuum is probably better suited for cleaning rugs, carpeted stairs, or small rooms; not entire houses/apartments. That being said, the suction power was surprisingly good, and it will suck up an debris or pet hair, you’ll just have to work a bit harder to do it

What a fantastic buy!
I just received my Bissell Featherweight Powerbrush model 7332A and have been using it for the past 45 minutes, going over my apartment carpeting and tile floors that I had just vacuumed yesterday with my previous vacuum (also a Bissell Featherweight, but without any brushes, just suction). I was thrilled to see it picking up kitty litter, hair and dirt that the other vacuum had left behind...so much so, that there was a large fistful of dirt, etc. attached to the filter when I emptied the dirt tank...as if I'd never even vacuumed yesterday! I love how quiet it is, and how long the cord is...and how lightweight and maneuverable it is for such a sturdy machine. Every part of it is well engineered and solidly built and so easy to handle...even for this 76 year old lady with several disabilities. And with a very reasonable price of only $50, it's a fantastic buy for anyone on a limited budget.

Waste of money
This is less a vacuum than a toy you give a child so they can "play" adult. This vacuum does not work on carpets--at all. It can pick up a big chunk of lint sitting directly on top of the carpet, but it's not sucking dirt out from the carpet. The brush attachment is just completely useless. I bought this because I had the other Bissell stick vacuum and really liked it as a dust buster/quick clean up on hardwood floors, so I thought with this brush attachment it might work on carpet, but alas, it doesn't. I'll discard the attachments and use it as a dust buster, but now I have to buy another vacuum that actually works on carpet.
