After several hours of researching "chicken free dog food" I settled on this to try with my Goldendoodle Millie. My poor girl was licking & gnawing at her paws nonstop and shaking her head like she was trying to expel demons so I knew she had allergies.I started with a pro/probiotic chew which helped but not enough. I discovered that doodles have a tendency to have a chicken allergy...who knew!?!? Many foods out there were advertised for dogs with chicken allergies but the 3rd or 4th ingredient, after the novel protein, would be chicken meal or chicken livers.Millie has been on this food for 3 weeks and no longer licks or chews at her paws, doesn't shake her head violently, doesn't paw at her ears anymore, and isn't constantly rubbing her muzzle on the ground or the bed to get itch relief!It is high quality, smells like real food, the color doesn't look fake, and Millie loves the taste! So glad I found this high quality doggie dry kibble. Both my 25pound and the 8pound dog loves to chow down on small kibble as opposed to big kibble. This is perfect for them. Great value for money and does not upset their stomachs.

We switched to Blue 3 years ago and the transformation in my senior dog has been amazing. She lost her extra weight, she is more energetic and both dogs have stopped having horrible gas (unless they find food that is off the menu, like people food). Recently I switched from the beef to the chicken variety and that transition was so great and easy. Can I also say how great having the food delivered to my house is?
