I have constant allergies. It doesn't matter what time of year it is. I used to use saline nasal spray bottles, but found that over time (I'm going to try not to be gross here), the liquid in the bottle gets contaminated when the bottle expands after you use it. Anyway - I also tried the bottles where you mix the solution in water -- but you can't use tap water and I'm far too lazy to go through the rigamarole to get purified water, heat it up, add the solution, and then apply it. Plus, you have to clean out the entire bottle each time. So I found these, and they are the bomb! Single uses, hydrates and clears out your nasal passages, no nasal "backwash," and you only have to clean the tip. From the time you start, it takes about 15 seconds, rather than 15 minutes. It's also pretty economical, because I a 3-pack, and each can lasts a really long time, even with daily use. This has become a regular in my medicine cabinet.

With sustained used, this saline spray is quite effective. Not only is it effective in taming nasal dryness, and, sinus headaches, with nearly daily use, it healed nasal polyps too.

Works well

Really convient for usage but pricey.

If you've ever used a Neti Pot as a saline rinse or other (for example NeilMed) you will find this pre-mixed spray is easier to use, no mixing, and the formulation is just right with no stinging or burning or etc. It's a good value if you only need an occasional nasal rine and works very well.

Always have some in hand .work well for allergies
