Vance Leather mens Classic Classic

It runs a little small but man is it comfortable! It is so nice to wear that instead of my leather. I wore it to ride to work in 54° this morning and it blocked the wind wonderfully.

Laid my bike down after rain passed. The bike went down and I slid on my chest 10-12 yards. I was going about 15mph when this happened. I was wearing a regular t shirt, pretty thick sweatshirt and this flannel over it. I felt zero pain with minimal damage to the flannel! See pictures. The buttons were scratched and dented/slightly bent out of place. Thankfully I had this and didn’t get scuffed up. It’s got some slight war scars but it’s still good to go! The jacket breathes fairly well. Pads are okay, and you don’t look like Ralphie’s little brother on Christmas story when wearing it. You just look kinda stocky. I questioned whether this would actually protect me and it did its job to keep me safe. 10 stars on that part. The other good thing about this is you don’t look like that guy that wants everyone to know he’s riding a motorcycle. I’ve got this, Kevlar lined jeans that have low profile pads and my helmet. When the helmet is off, you can blend in with everyone else. I’m brand new to riding motorcycles and I didn’t want to be THAT dude with Harley Davidson EVERYTHING. I would love to have all the Harley stuff but I’m not rich (or else I’d be that dude lol). BUT seriously this jacket is legit. If I had to gripe about one thing, I’d say make deeper pockets but for the price-it’s a go! 5 stars! Protected me, looks good, breathes! Send me another 1 please!

This shirt is a great buy. True to size, and I would only recommend upsizing if planning on layering in colder temps. And you can always wear something larger over this if needed. I am comfortable wearing this shirt to ride with just a T shirt or long sleeve under it between 40 and 80 degree temps. I have ridden in hotter temps with it on but get sweaty when not moving. It does breathe well though on the go. Padding is great, it all sits in correct areas and is not too bulky. Spine pad is not the longest but it’s better than nothing I have only had the shirt for a few weeks so I can’t comment on longevity but it seems heavy enough to take a fall. And seems heavy enough to last if you don’t take a fall. Zipper and buttons are smooth and “user friendly” I typically wear medium T shirts and went with the medium on this one. Perfect fit and it doesn’t limit my movement. Zip pockets outside are great and inside pocket is a nice option but I don’t use it because it is only Velcro to close and is too small to hold my iPhone 12 Pro max. I am able to conceal carry in the outer zip pocket which is quicker to access anyway. I tend to be a tough critic at times but I recommend this purchase.
