Will (2) 10 x 10 work. I am looking for a kit for a 10 x 20 tent.

Yes two kits will enclose a 10x20 with two walls left for extras

What is the size of the mesh itself? Is it 16 mesh or finer?

I haven't had it out since August of 2014, but IIRC it is about the same size mesh as a window screen.

Which E-Z up Models 10x10 type use with it food mesh wall??

you can use any metal fame 10x 10 make sure top is fire resistance....i have 2 of them
