Used as my daily lunch bag for 3 years before the stitching on the shoulder strap gave up. Bag works well. Insulation on the very bottom was a little lacking, but overall kept things cool. Material held up fine. Only the stitching let loose. Zippers are all still intact and fully functional. Great bag. Will be buying again.

So far a nice, comfortable adjustable cooler backpack, with lots of compartments. It should be easy to wipe out to clean the inside after a day's use. I'm happy it comes with a chest strap and a hidden more theft-resistant compartment next to my back for if I were to carry valuables in a crowd. I didn't give it five stars because the zippers are questionable and don't seem sturdy.

Perfect back pack for taking the kids to soccer. I've had this bag 6 months and use it 4-5 days a week. Keeps drinks cool and I can put snacks , shin guards and ball pump in the pockets. Pack is well made and durable. I use to have a small cooler on wheels that was a pain to drag 300 yards.

My hubby lays blacktop for a living, so we needed a cooler that could withstand the heat, and also fit all of his tools and other odds and ends since there's really not space to put multiple bags on his machine, and the car can be miles away. So first things first, yes. This backpack cooler does keep his food and drinks cold all day long, even being around hot asphalt all day. It's very well insulated. Next- This bag fits EVERYTHING! There are so many pockets and the zippers dont get caught! He uses the front pouch with the utensil slots to organize his tools. The top pouch fits his wallet, phone, and sunglasses. There's a secret pouch behind the lumbar padding that'll come in handy when we're in NYC. The padding on the shoulders and back is very thick, so it's not uncomfortable even when it's filled with a giant thermos, food, and tools. Can comfortably walk around with this all day long for hiking or urban exploration. BONUS- He's able to use the chest strap to secure the bag to the back of his seat while running the machine, so we no longer have to worry about it falling off! (His last cooler was a Milwaukee, and the strap broke and it got run over by the roller, crushing everything inside. And this has happened with at least 4 regular coolers over the years.) Overall, this Backpack cooler is extremely versatile. We plan to get a second one to use for camping, vacations, and just to have when we're planning to be out all day, just so he doesn't have to take all of his work stuff out of the one we already have. 1000% recommend!

I bought this for my husband to take to work. He rides a Harley a lot and needed something he could transport back and forth with ease. Has so much room inside. He takes a 2 liter along with his lunch breakfast and snacks. It’s insulated and is made with a thick material that has held up well. It has so many pockets and a couple hidden ones. The bright color makes him easily seen when on his motorcycle. It has straps that buckle together in the front for added support that makes it comfortable to have on.

I bought 3 backpacks, unsure of which style I'd like best, and kept this one in the lime green. It was the largest of the 3 and we weren't sure if we needed one that big, but glad we went with it. First use was a day trip to the race track. We froze some water bottles to use as ice packs, had 4 froze, 2 unfrozen, 8 beers, and 2 sodas in with no issue. Our drinks stayed chilled for the 12 hours we were out there. The only complaint was our sandwiches didn't stay as cold as preferred. Those were only in there for 2 hrs before we ate them. So I'd definitely say this is better for drinks than food. And maybe we needed more ice packs or ice. Not sure how it will hold up if you use loose ice. The many pockets are a plus for coozies, napkins, hand sanitizer, etc. Also this was the most comfortable to wear out of the ones we tested.

I bought this bag to use for a few days at Disney and I was very happy with it. It's comfortable to carry around all day full of food, drinks, and ice packs. Stayed as cold as you would expect for a soft shell cooler. There's a few useful pockets as well, and I especially loved the small pocket against your back which was perfect for hiding money. Quality is really good and I feel it will last for years you come. Also used it as my carry-on bag on the plane and was a perfect size.
