ASUS Vivobook Go 15 L510 Thin & Light Laptop Computer, 15.6” FHD Display, Intel Celeron N4020 Processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage, Windows 11 Home in S Mode, 1 Year Microsoft 365, Star Black, L510MA-AS02

I purchased this used from Amazon and wasn't expecting much. But it arrived looking very much like a new laptop with Windows 11 Home pre-installed (wasn't in S mode). I could only find some scratches on the bottom to see that it was used, but otherwise - it looked like it just got off the plant's assembly line, freshly new. This is a fantastic deal, especially used.

I’ve had this laptop for over one (1) year now and it works amazing. No issues. I do all my schoolwork on it and it’s super fast light weight and very easy to use. It was a good buy for me. The battery life last for about 2 1/2 hours, sound quality is great and the HD is crisp and clean

I purchased and returned a total of two of these laptops. The keys stopped working on the first one only after a couple of days. I returned it to AMAZON and received a replacement rather quickly. However, many of the features on the device were either slow or didn't work at all. I reached out to ASUS about the issues. 1st attempt was through the long list of options to try to fix it on my own, none of which resolved my issues. 2nd I reached out their chat line, the person who responded told me that they were waiting to review my issue, although I hadn't yet mentioned my issues. Then the chat person never responded beyond the first statement although I waited for nearly 30 minutes. I was able to find a way to speak to a human when searched outside of their application. The first person was experiencing audio issues and said that he would call me right back, he didn't. The second person was rude and curt in her communication. She instructed me to perform a task that was irreversible and made matters worse. After placing me hold for the third time, she told me that they could no longer assist me with those issues and suggested that I reach out to Microsoft for further assistance.Their products don't perform as advertised and they provide very poor customer support. I am returning this second unit today and will never purchase a product from them again!

As others have said, this laptop is a useless pile of garbage out of the box. With only 4GB RAM and trying to load the entire Microsoft Suite at startup, it can barely function... I'm a Google Docs, etc user so I don't need that stuff. After about 45 minutes of really painfully slow process of setting up Windows 11 and disabling/uninstalling all the Microsoft apps, disabling Edge in favor of Chrome, this is a really great cloudbook.If you aren't comfortable disabling features and uninstalling pretty much everything that came pre-loaded, this computer is gonna be a huge waste of your time. But, with a very small effort, this thing is wonderful. I will probably be buying more at this price!

i see so many reviews saying it’s so slow and it sucks, it’s truly a great laptop considering the price point. i wasn’t expecting a super fast top of the line laptop BUT it has been preforming just fine, the battery compacity is good considering how small and light weight this laptop is, and has no issues loading up many things. i haven’t had any issues streaming content and it hasn’t frozen, there’s been a few things that took a short moment to load but it really isn’t as terrible as these reviews make it out to be! i would reccomend this for laptop for someone who needs a laptop for school/collage/classes and is on a budget!

I recently purchased this laptop and upon opening it started up and updated on its own perfectly fine how a new laptop should.After you get to the homescreen, it was completely unusable!! Extremely slow to the point you couldn't open any app or browser at all. Completely unacceptable for a new laptop on the market. I was ready to return and purchase another.Before I shut it down got it ready to be returned, I took some advice from the forums and deleted any and all Microsoft related programs. Microsoft teams, edge, anything that comes pre-programmed from Microsoft. I'm currently using Google Chrome as my default browser and not touching Microsoft edge at all. This will save your laptop and now it is running smooth like a laptop should. Completely fixed all performance and speed issues.Anyone who buys this laptop needs to ununstall all Microsoft programs off of the laptop because that is what is causing it to be extremely slow! Otherwise, you will have a nice smooth, easy to use laptop!

After looking at other reviews I decided to buy two of this model for my wife and I. After taking the advice from other reviews regarding turning off un needed windows apps on start up, this laptop is great! It is lightweight fast and the battery lasts a surprisingly long time AND it has a number pad which is a plus for me!. This laptop is a great deal for the price if all you need is a general use machine for searches, email, school or general work. I would recommend this to anyone looking to purchase, you won't be dissapointed!

It's brand new - not refurbished/renewed - at a low price. It's great quality at a low price. It is easily switched out of "S Mode" although, with Microsoft Store have more products, that may not be important. These things are forgiving. Now I own two! It has Microsoft's crap ware - 365, one drive, etc... but these can be removed. After experiencing a C: drive failure years ago I never store any personal or treasured files on my computers so a single storage drive is fine with me. This laptop's drive is quite large enough. I use an external drive for all other storage. Yes, important files are backed up to other drives.
