Can someone please post a video of the fan and different speeds to get a better idea of how loud it is. Also is the remote white or black?

Low, medium and high for both the fan and the light. It seems a little louder in the video than in person. Remote works well and stores in the bottom of the fan. It's a great fan, I use it every night.

Has anyone had problems charging theirs?

I have not, mine have been charging with no issue
