There is no SD card on the device, but you can save patterns I think I’m not sure tbh there’s a lot of tutorials on YouTube. It’s tiny but sounds really good imo.

is there a way to program different patterns into a song?

No, you would have to select patterns in order as you play. There is a fill option and you can use probability to make a 32 step pattern more interesting.
