17 bucks for 3 filters is outrageous , anybody know of another brand of filter that can replace these?

you must be looking at something different, its 3pk for like $6

Which "color" do you buy for the Marineland 5 galon tank filter? I wanted to buy extra filters with the tank.

well its not by color you have to look for the filter model or cartridge size for example the penguin 150 uses the b one

Why do these clog within days? I’m only cycling my tank and have no fish.

How big is your tank? I have a five gallon tank with two goldfish and two luffy balls and change the filter about once every three weeks. Maybe your tank is to large for this size filter?

What size filter for Marineland 5 gallon Portrait?

It takes the Rite Size Z cartridge
