I don’t know if it’s latex free, I would strongly suggest you find an alternate as I’ve been wearing fiber mascara for many years and this brand was the absolute worst!

Just a bit of makeup remover on a cotton ball, leave on the eye for a few seconds, and wipe clean. This can be avoided avoid flowing to the face.

What are the fibers actually made of?

No clue but seemed like dryer lint and water. Total fail

I just received this but there are no label so how do I know which is the trans-planting gel?

The longer tube is the transplanting gel ( which is just basically mascara ). The shorter tube is contains the fibers.
