I read many reviews and they all discuss the 110 blade. First, does it come with the Krone blade (scissors on the cutting end)? Anyone do patch panel

Mine came with both a 110 and a Krone blade. On both blades, one end has a cutting tip while the other doesn't.

will this work on cat6a cable?

If this works on Cat 6 cable it will work on Cat 6a cable. The only difference with Cat 6 and Cat 6a is the shielding not the wire gauge. I can't speak to the product, just trying to rectify the last answer.
