My husband is very capable and we have a lot of large equipment to help. And it took us 48 hours, and a LOT of YouTube videos. The directions are VERY generic. Great pool once it’s up

The pool is good quality, but the hoses and fittings for the pump/filter aren't good. As you see in the last picture my husband had to modify the setup bc it kept blowing the hoses off. It's definitely secure now! We had to request longer screws for ladder assembly also. So far everything else seems good.

Setup was a bit challenging but we did it, good pricing, pumps works great, filter is great, thickness is good quality, and we love the size (15x24) We had to have about 5 adult men unroll the siding because the sand kept getting all bunched up in the middle while rolling. It you need instructions, then let me know. It doesn’t come with any for the actual pool setup. Just the pump and ladder had instructions. Like I said, we did it though. Don’t forget that you’re gonna have to ground your pool and hook it up to your fuse panel, if you don’t want people in the pool to be electrocuted ever. My kids are so happy to have something to do. We live in south Louisiana and we’re from Michigan. We don’t swim with alligators, so this was the only other option! With that all being said, we’re happy with our purchase.

WE got the pool set up on 6/12/2021 filled it with water set pump up 6/14/2021 and it ran one day and now doesn't work at all. Can't get it to run. We was missing multiple pieces and damaged liner. I sent supplier message didn't get message back. Then I called and it took 10 days to get new liner. There was also many parts that was so cheaply made that it was so hard to get it to work and took many hours of manipulting it.

My husband and I are older and had installers put up the pool. It went together easily for them. They took the time to measure and level and everything is perfect. Pool looks great. Pump moves water throughout the entire pool. We have only had it up for 4 days and haven’t been in it yet but it is beautiful. The liner is really pretty. Great quality. Can’t wait to use it!!

This pool comes with a cd of instructions. In our family with all the laptops and computers, no one had a cd reader/writer. We bought one to use with the cd instructions. I also, had to request a written set of instructions which they were quick to email me. There are no instructions on how to set up the filter with the pool, as far as cutting the liner. That I had to contact them again for and was told to watch their you tube video. Again, they responded on Monday and I had emailed them on Saturday. So pretty quickly. We love the size of the pool (15x30). But instructions are not great, we had to buy more hose clamps, because the filter hoses all leaked with the ones they sent. Currently, the filter and skimmer gaskets are also leaking along with the part that lets water cycle through the filter and back into the pool. My husband is going to have to take it apart and see if the gasket has a crease or fold in it. The dark blue color of the liner is wonderful for warming the pool from the sun. Not sure if it’s worth the headache of setting it up though. My husband has a construction background, so he’s not a newbie at putting things together, reading blueprints, etc…

There was no directions in the box we had to get online using our phones to read the directions. And for the the price you pay for a pool I want detailed directions included. Also the pump and filter seems light duty compared to the old Hayward we had. But overall we love this new pool just as much as the one we had.

I will not lie, this pool was an absolute beast yo put together. Make sure you have help and block off your schedule. Once we got it together it was everything my kids wanted. They love our pool! I'd love to give it 5 stars but the ladder is HORRIBLE! It is super flimsy and feels like it might collapse while youre on it. Its a huge pool tho and my family of 5 easily fits in it!. We have 2 floating rings and 1 lounger to float around in and there's still room.
