Good quality cheese
I've bought this cheese quite a lot now. It is very tasty and has a decent texture. You can grate it without it falling to pieces. Toasts really nice as well. I make sure the cheese gets golden brown tips on it. Fantastic! Rob :D

Tasty
A nice and imho tasty mature good quality cheese. It comes in a resealable bag and also have a nice long shelf life.

Not that keen on the flavour
Tastes too tangy for my liking and lacks the full rich flavour of the usual mature cheddars I buy. Have tasted much better supermarket value brands. Ended up using it just for cooking which was fine. Gets an extra star for the size (a generous 400g) and price, but wouldn't buy this again personally.
