Do you need to remove your piercing jewelry befire putting these?

I suppose you could take just the back of the earring off if that is where the pressure or keloid is; I would recommend removing the piercing to assess the irritation and sizing. It is difficult with just mirror, but not impossible.

Can I wear them on the underside of my new Medusa piercing?
