Go to youtube for fitting instructions as there are some good videos on how to fit the new battery. Supplied printed instruction photos are not very sharp and difficult to identify the parts. Straightforward removal and replacement. Tools supplied were ok for the job, except for the screwdriver supplied to remove the laptop case screws! Very cheaply made and the tip was distorted and would not fit. Screwdriver for internal screws was fine. All up and running and working fine.

Easy to install. Will not last for many years though but I guess for the price cannot complain too much... I had it for about 2 years and it has done 341 cycles. I now need to replace this battery again. Running very hot very quickly (cannot keep laptop on lap as too hot!) and loosing charge rather quickly. I am going for an iFixit battery next.

It is always a bit daunting opening the back of a laptop but with the tools provided and easy instructions on Youtube, this is an easy process to follow and considerably cheaper than having it done by a professional. Removing the back cover and battery is easy using the tools provided and the connector pulls out and pushes in easily. One thing to watch out for is that the screws on the cover and battery have 2 different lengths so make sure you keep track of where they come out of

I am not a very handy man and after i was watching the video about how to replace the battery i decided i do not have the skills and tools needed to take out most of compenents of the macbook to replace it and to go to a repairing center with good reviews nearby. Labor:100£. After they did their job in a good maner i discovered the battery is faulty After 30-50 minutes it drops sudenly to 7% and thats it. Battery health dropped in 2 weeks from 98% as it was new to 72 % in ... i repeat i know 2 weeks!! To return it i must go back to repair center to pay again 100£ for the labour. And maybe another 100 when i have a new one to fit in. For a 70£ battery ... i still feel bad i replaced the old battery. I wrote them one week ago and after my question regarding a solution to dont spend so much for a faulty battery thats not my fault i still got no answer from their tech department. Amazon decline any responsability. They only replace , anything else its not their business..Once again i learn that the cheap options are sometimes very expensive! It is very important to mention as it is not mentioned in the description that if you buy this and replace the original battery you loose fully warranty for your MacBook. Won’t be ever serviced by Apple.

My laptop is nine years old and the original battery was lasting about an hour. The new one was very easily installed. The tools were great. I have followed the conditioning instructions (run down to 10-20% and recharge five times). I am now on my eighth cycle of charging, so it is still new, but the battery life seems great. I am a casual user and the laptop is not 'mission critical ' but I can already see a huge improvement in battery life. Of course another six months will give a better view - maybe I will remember to update the review then! My previous (original) battery had been recharged just over 1,000 times and the diagnostics report showed 'service recommended'.

This battery is rated at 6000 mAh. On installation and after 5 cycles id showed a maximum charge of 5782 mAh and was manufactured 1 year before it was supplied to me. After 19 cycles it now shows a maximum charge of 5990 mAh so appears to be improving and coming very close to it's advertised charge. A great battery for the price if this continues. Easy to fit and came with the correct screwdrivers. Highly recommended.

Worked okay but lost life way quicker than I've experienced in the past. It was only a couple months of light usage beore the battery life had started to reduce and a few months on and it already needs replacing. Included tools are nice.

The existing batteries on my Macbook Pro Retina 13 Inc Early 2015 had lost most of their power so after reading various online guides and watching a video, I decided to replace the battery pack. These batteries are reasonably priced, the specification seems good and I hope they will perform well (too early to say). But "easy installation"? No way. Providing us with two screwdrivers and no instructions is less than ideal. Just as well that the iFixit website provides a step by step guide. There are many ways to cause expensive damage to your Mac. You have to remove the ribbon between the trackpad and the motherboard at both ends. So you might damage either end and have no working trackpad. You have to remove the delicate loudspeaker cables. So you might end up with no sound. Perhaps the hardest task is to remove the existing batteries which are glued down. I used "Superglue de-Bonder" which seemed to work well, but it feels risky to wrench these batteries from the casing using an old credit card and brute force. Somehow I cut my finger doing that. I probably didn't line up the new batteries perfectly which explains why one screw won't go in, but I don't think it's essential and after a job like that to be left with just one unused screw feels like victory. Take care to use the right screwdriver for each screw otherwise you might damage the head of the screw. My Macbook is now back to full working order and I don't feel I have an excuse to upgrade to the latest model yet. However, this is not a job I would ever want to do again, certainly not for someone else's computer.

Good stuff. Always a hassle to yank loose the old battery but once you have done that it’s easy peasy!

Excelente batería. Mi Macbook Air del 2017 que iba fatal y ya lo iba a tirar y a comprar uno nuevo volvió a la vida. Va tan rápido como el primer día. Esta batería aparte de devolverle toda su funcionalidad al ordenador, dura muchísimo. Cuesta un poco más que otras pero no me arrepiento de la compra. Llevo un mes usándola y estoy muy satisfecho. Luego la instalación ha sido muy fácil.

J'ai remplacé la batterie de mon MacBook Pro avec la NinjaBatt et je suis vraiment impressionné par sa performance. L'autonomie est nettement améliorée, et elle s'installe facilement sans aucun problème. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix !

It's too soon to tell, but it seems to be working well thus far. Battery arrived at 42% charged, discharged to 20% slowly, then dropped fast. Am charging it for the first time now. The first shipment was horrible, incorrect box, wrong literature, no screw drivers - an absolute disaster. But they were quick to ask I return it for full refund. So I took a chance and re-ordered another one. Arrived the next day, all as described and properly boxed. I am in the process of returning the first one now. While I can't explain why the first shipment was so bad, they have fixed the issue quickly. Time will tell how good the battery is, as I can't tell the date of manufacture, but it seems ok for now. If I do not do an update then all is well.
