Touch works, but pairing with mobile app and integrating with Alexa seems to be broken
Works as expected... pairing the device with mobile was not easy. The first button needs to be pressed and held close to 30 seconds for it to enter pairing mode and not just 20 seconds as indicated by app.

Excellent smart switch
Very good packaging with detailed manuals for installation and app configuration , also switch itself had proper diagrams and labelled terminals. Coming to the switch , very elegant design, thick glass slightly tinted gives a rich look. Switches do their job well. Simple handy remote. App is user friendly and integrates with Alexa well. I did the installation myself and was smooth. Would highly recommend. One suggestion before buying , study your switch types and configuration well and select the most appropriate design.

Great look and feel, go for it.
Firstly products are MADE IN INDIA. 2nd the products are really very great and user friendly. And Team IOTICS is also really very helpful. Great work IOTICS. Keep it up.
