This B-Complex is easy on the stomach. I have been taking it for some years and I have not had any problems.

These give me amazing energy almost immediately after taking. Most supplements don’t start working right away but these do. I feel a difference about 20 minutes after taking these. No upset stomach and no crash. I’ve tried a lot of b vitamin supplements but these are the best.
