Easy to install and works easy. Thought it would be complicated but it's self explanatory. The lock button just needs to be held for like 3 seconds. Easy to wipe off and heats up fast.

It’s not the most powerful thing but it’ll get the job done. I’ve been using it for a month now during our kitchen renovation and I like it overall. The only thing I don’t like is that I have to unplug it every time I’m done cooking because it is really sensitive and as soon as you put something on top of it it’ll turn on. Even if you’re just wiping it off while plugged in it’ll turn on. Other than that and the fact that it takes a bit longer to boil water than with the gas stove. No other complaints though, a solid four stars.

I ordered this stove to install in a basement apartment. The product arrived well packaged. The dimensions were exactly as described. Once installed I turned it on and came to temperate set temperature. It is now had been three years and the product still works as brand new. The tenants keep it clean so no significant wear and tear. Highly recommend.

It comes ready for countertop use, but I installed Built-in. I needed something to prepare food at the back porch but it has to be small. The result looks great! It only required a normal outlet, I installed a single plug one. It’s simple to use. The display is soft touch, has bright LED display, and has a child lock also. It’s convenient for tidy spaces like mine, but has the power of a normal stove. Even built-in the drawer clearance is great, but I don’t recommend using the drawer because of the heat and ventilation, I’ll use it for metal spoons and knives only. Once set you can enjoy the party time without the kitchen trips.

For the price, I expected this to last a lot longer. It worked fine, but then just a couple months outside the warranty period it stopped working completely (the controls will let you select a burner and temp but will not heat up, and then are locked on for a while until randomly it can reset) and there’s zero help. When I reached out they had ideas like ‘’make sure it’s wired in” which was so not helpful, and wouldn’t do anything to support their product. Very low quality customer service and product! Save your money and get a different product. I wish I had!

I purchased this infrared Double burner because it claimed 2200 watts in for two burners. 2200W / 120v = 18.3 amps, so each burner is around 1100W, most kitchens have 20 amp circuits, the unit is a nice size, you can actually get two pans on both burners at the same time, I used two 12 inch sauté skillet, no issue there, either burner can bring to a rolling boil 3 qts of water in 10 minutes. I have cooked 2 lbs of ground turkey using it and it that took approximately 20 mins to cook. It keeps the heat coming until you're done with the cooking. You can control the heat with different levels of heat settings on both burners, so if it's too hot, you can lower it down for your needs, I would purchase again and would recommend it to others. Prior to this purchase I had a "no name" brand 1000W single infrared burner and it took about 40 minutes to cook the same 2 lbs of ground beef or Turkey, it just struggled to keep the heat up high enough to get the meat cooked. This VBGK is fast and very much like a regular infrared cooktop that you would purchase to install in your home kitchen, except it can move around easily at roughly 16 lbs. VBGK did it right, however, I would say they could make it a total of 2400W and it would even be better. 20 amps isn't too much to expect out of a 20-amp circuit and most likely you wouldn't use both burners on high at the same time. I use this dual along with a single burner I purchased on Amazon to cook meals once or twice per week. The dual 1800W units probably just don't have enough power to really cook 2 lbs of anything fast, bigger is better.

Bottom Line: If you’re renovating a small apartment, upgrading an RV, or just want a sleek "helper" stove for big family dinners, this is worth every penny. It looks expensive, performs like a beast, and is incredibly easy to keep clean.

This is absolutely worth every single penny. It heats fast, has different modes with timer, temperature and level settings. It's also easy to clean and doesn't make any loud noise even though it has a fan in it. Great purchase.

Habe die Platten aus Verzweiflung gekauft, da bei meinem Herd beide große Platten von der Steuerung kaputt gegangen istund ich deshalb definitiv keinen neuen Herd kaufen wollte. Bestellung kam schnell, gut verpackt ohne unnützen Verpackungsmüll an. Super Kochfeld. Platten kann man jeweils als klein oder groß verwenden. Platten werden schnell warm, touchdisplay funktioniert einwandfrei. Einzigster Mangel, die Platten haben schnell Gebrauchsspuren, sind somit etwas empfindlich. Von mir absolute Kaufempfelung.
