An inspiring story of Captain Miller and his bold team who were ordered to rescue the last of the Ryan brothers believed to be somewhere in Normandy after the landings. A heroic feat stands against all adversaries that include a platoon of German infantry brigade in a hostile territory. The DVD has an extra documented feature and production notes that makes it a good buy.

This could be the best war movie set during World War II. It really showed how it was during those times. The story, actors, direction, action, war scenes including with tanks were all totally awesome.

Great movie a must have to watch over and over again and again

Compra internacional que chegou antes do previsto (2 dias antes) e o disco é maravilhoso! a qualidade da embalagem é superior as que já estamos acostumados (embalagem azul) e o disco não apresentou erros durante a reprodução. O filme apresenta dublagem e legendas em português do Brasil. O som em dolby atmos é insano e o 4k das imagens é fenomenal. O combo perfeito!

This is a review of the product itself, not the film which is a must-see and a classic. I purchased the sapphire series blu-ray edition of the film and while it works just fine my only complaint is that the blu-ray version displays a lot of film grain, nearly as much as the DVD version which I've owned for many years prior to this blu-ray. I don't know if this was an intentional decision by the creators for this blu-ray version or not, but the film grain in the picture is quite prominent. I don't mind it in the DVD which is lower resolution but for the blu-ray I'm not sure I find it all that agreeable. It can be a bit distracting especially if you're expecting sharper resolution. That's my only complaint of the product, it's otherwise a good-looking case and feels sturdy and well made. Runs just fine in my 4K player.

4K ULTRA HDRはやっぱり最高ですね❗ 昔レーザーディスクで観ていた時も 凄くて良かったですが、現在は75インチEL液晶テレビと7.1.4チャンネルにして 観ていますがまるで戦場の中に 居るようで、遠くから戦車のエンジンを聴こえてき頭の上で銃弾が飛び交う 最高です。買って良かったです。
