Taking daily supplements of Omega-3 Fish Oils is important to me and everyone's body for increased health, and hopefully prevention of some diseases. The Avalene Supplements are formulated for health of the heart, joint, and immune systems. I have taken Omega-3 supplements for many years and chose the Avalene brand with 2500 mg of Norwegian anchovy oils for my current purchase. I did an extensive search on Amazon looking for the highest potency and milligrams of EPA and DHA I could find, at a reasonable price per softgel - Avalene was the one. I'd prefer taking only one supplement per day, but Avalene (as many other providers) suggests two servings per day to get the fullest benefit of Omega oils. My family eats salmon 3-4 times per week, and I still prefer to take an oily fish supplement to augment my Omega-3. This big bottle has 180 servings, or three months supply if you take 2 per day. Let's be fair and say these softgels are big, but they go down easily with a drink of water. Reading the manufacturer's label, I appreciate the product is purified and low in calories and fat. I recommend Avalene Fish Oil Omega-3 Supplement and will continue to make them a part of my daily diet.

My doctor recommended Omega 3 fish oil for my dry eyes after my laser eye surgery. After much research, I concluded that the cost benefit of Avalene Omega 3 fish oil was the best. I've been taking them for years. I do not need my lubricating eye drops as often and when I wake up in the morning and my eyes do not feel like I have sandpaper in them. I also take them due to my rheumatoid arthritis and joint pain. I definitely feel better overall when taking my Omega-3 supplements. As added benefit, I feel like my skin is nicer too! This is one supplement I will never cut out! Fish oil is so important for so many reasons. Google it!

I use fish oil in combination with a high protein diet and ephedrine and caffeine supplementation to maximize fat loss. I guess the manufacturer recommends a lower dose for casual or elderly use, but I did my own research.What's great about this is its price - which is on par with Kirkland Signature's - but also that is doesn't suffer from the fish oil burpiness you'd find in Costco fish oil (which also might be rancid given it's been sitting on shelves in a warehouse for who knows how long).Nitpicks? It's not a miracle supplement and won't slim you down overnight. But used responsibly and sensibly, it's a valuable tool for fat loss and general health. A must-take supplement for those of us not slurping down salmon and tuna every day.
