Is this a good starter fpga board?

The Arty A7 was designed by Digilent to be a introductory board for new users to the FPGA environment. Digilent has also provided a number of demos and resources for getting started with it available on the Arty A7 Resource Center on the Digilent reference site. https://reference.digilentinc.com/reference/programmable-logic/arty-a7/start.
