Not bad but room for improvement!
Bought this to supplement the kids training activities this summer. The product is okay, however the harness is far to large for a younger people. The harness needs more adjustment room to accommodate a smaller person as well as a bit more comfort as the shoulders need more padding or protection.

OYINDIZ Resistance Explosive Training Rope Force Acceleration Speed Cord Pros for me: I am a 5’7 150 pound slim to athletic built female I train in striking, sparring, kickboxing, yoga, treadmill running and outdoor walking I also just starting back training after quite a few months off I found that the resistance is enough for me right now because I am in a starting over level Bungee rope feels strong and durable Like the padding in the shoulder portion of the upper body harness The buckles and o-ring on all of the items seem to be durable Comes with a stowage bag Cons for me: The resistance is on the lighter side No padding on the waist strap No padding on the waist portion of the upper body harness Side Note: I feel this bungee resistance rope is for a small frame person or for someone who wants lightweight resistance. Even weight limit on item description may be a bit generous So with that said: Nice entry level resistance bungee training rope. Price is good.

Great for explosive, quick twitch training
Been using this with my daughter, who is a competitive soccer player. I'm a former tennis professional, so I've used training aids like this before. The materials are all foundationally solid. No worries of anything snapping or fear of malfunction. My daughter doesn't need a ton of resistance and I can easily control her when I'm on the other side of the harness. If I were to use it on a bigger, stronger athlete, I'd like a little more resistance for them. I'd call this a perfect starter set. For older, more explosive athletes, this might not give them enough high end resistance. For many...excellent product. 5 stars

J'en ai commandé trois, mais un des trois sac avait deux ceintures de taille au lieu d'avoir l'élastique. J'ai eu toute une surprise devant mes clients pour donner mon cours. Les deux autres font très bien le travail. Quand même très déçu
