I have used it seven times always following the instructions, but always get a Lo result.  Why?

The meaning of “LO” is that the test result is lower than the test range of the instrument. There are several aspects about the possibility of “Lo”：
1. Please check whether the test paper is out of date or wet.
2. Has the battery been used for a long time?
3. During the test, did you pinch your fingers hard?
We recommend that when collecting blood, push it from your finger near your palm to your finger for blood collection.
4. Do you collect blood only when the alcohol evaporates?
When taking blood, you need to wait for the alcohol to evaporate before performing a needle injection.
5. When using a test strip to collect blood, is it full at one time?
You can see if the white part of the test strip is full.
6. Did the test paper properly absorb the blood?
You need to place your finger on the top suction port of the test strip, not on the side. When the suction port turns red, a blood sample has been taken. (Not dripping onto the test strip)

Can I purchase the strips without lancets

In fact, the lancets are free ,if you only order test strips,the price are the same .
Besides,the lancets are also for one-time use and it's really consumable.
Once you use it, you'd better throw it away,it's more clean and hygienic.
It will also prevent blood samples from being contaminated and affecting test results.
So you see , the quantities of lancets and test strips are the same , all of them can only be used for one time.

I bought the monitor but once reading instructions I see it reqs you to use a control solution1st  which I can't buy. Can you use a different solutio?

We'd like to tell you that this product does not contain a control solution.
The control solution is a special liquid aim at testing if the test strip is OK or not.
However, we have already tested the strips right after the production, you don't have to test it again. 
You may skip that step and use the blood glucose meter directly,please don't worry about it.
Of course,if there is any problem when you use the glucomter,you can contact us via Amazon directly.

Do these work with sinocare model safe aq ug ?

NO,the Safe Accu 2 test strips are only suitable for Safe Accu 2 glucometer.
If you want to use with the Safe AQ UG,you need to purchase Safe AQ UG test strips.
Otherwise,it will result in the product being unusable.
