I went through an online class for my broker’s license and I passed the state test but failed the national test. I worked so hard to study for the test, I couldn’t look at my notes anymore. I read somewhere about this book. The material needed to know for the test is tons of things to know for 145 questions. This book got a lot of good reviews, so I tried it.This book simplified vocabulary definitions and helped me understand the math - in ways that helped me and gave me the confidence to retake the test. I finished the book and passed the national test today.I read a Dummie book many years ago and it was patronizing the reader. I stayed away from them since. I’m so glad I got this book. I can’t thank you enough for writing it.

After finishing this book, I Can say I enjoyed the book, although I’ve yet to take the test, I l’m using this book as only one of multiple sources to help me pass.I found each chapter well laid out and the points well explained, some multiple times, but that’s a positive as repetition helps in memorization, so I thought of it as a positive.At the end of each chapter it had practice questions with complete explanations as to why that particular answer was correct as well as why each incorrect answer was not correct.I found this book well worth the money for someone who’s new to the exam process and looking to start from the beginning.

The math part is great. I would definitely recommend learning the calculation part from this book, it was enough to do the calculations on the test. It is also entertaining and fun to read. Otherwise i would use it only as supplemental to your state real estate books.It doesn't really help you to pass state portion of the exam. It helps a little w national portion of the test.

I passed the state exam on my first attempt but I will recommend that you get right to the nitty gritty! Immediately start taking the practice exams and keep taking them again and again and again and those exams are going to kick your butt! To be honest the state exam was no picnic either. I think the state exam tries to kick your butt just as hard as these practice exams but if it wasn’t for those practice exams kicking my butt there isn’t anyway I would of passed. Thank you John A. Yoegel for writing the book! I am on my way to that first million dollars! Whoo hoo!

It's ok,but it's not for new jersey. Every state is different. With their rules and regulations.

I will first start off by saying I never write reviews. With that being said, this book saved me from having to fail again! After my fourth time failing the real estate psi exam I was at my wits end and decided to purchase this book because what was the worst that could happen at this point. After studying and reading this book, I passed the Exam! I honestly have to say this book is the only thing that helped me pass!** Definitely written more towards the National part of the Exam

I'm looking to start a career in real estate and this book is a great starting point. I'm 40yrs old and I'm not as good as I used to be at studying all night, plus I'm a wife and a mom. This book is not long and complicated and gets right to the nitty gritty. I would definitely recommend this book for anyone old or young looking to get into real estate.
