Rich color and taste, I recommend!
Rich cocoa powder, blends nicely. I've been using this for chocolate cakes, desserts, and also for homemade hot chocolate and I've been impressed so far. Adds the decadent color and taste!

Super great cocoa powder!
The alkali processing with the 20-22% cocoa butter retained in the powder makes ALL the difference. Once you’ve tasted Ghiradelli Majestic you’ll understand what I mean about the cocoa butter.

How can you NOT love this?! I used this to make Mexican Hot Chocolate mix for Christmas gifts. According to the recipe you need to use 2 tablespoons of the mix to milk. I tried it first and it only needed 1 tablespoon to make the most delicious cocoa. It was so smooth and makes the mix go a lot further. Everyone raved over it. I will definitely be purchasing more of this in the future.

Good and safe
Good thing Dhroste went out of business, or I never would have known I was ingesting poison. By all accounts this cocoa is safe, and it's evident it tastes fine, deeper than Dhroste, I'd say. I don't bake or anything, I just want to get some chocolate in my diet, and since one must drink coffee it seems, and I don't like coffee, this stuff kills two birds with one stone. Fortunately, it dissolves easily with the coffee.
