Does this remote have the pointer feature with on-screen cursor for easy control and navigation selecting and typing?

I don't have that pointer working properly so I had to replace it with an original one that works flawlessly

Dear Customer, Thank you for your asking. This remote control have not voice function. And about pointer, to display the pointer on the screen again, press the "POINTER KEY". You can shake the remote slightly to the right and left to control the direction. If you press "DIRECTION KEYS (UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT)" while the pointer is using, the sign of pointer will disappear from the screen.

Will this replace an mr400k?

Good quality Instructions included. Plug in adapter to USB port (tv). Follow remote light blink instructions and Bang your done.Shipping as promised. On time undamaged.

Don't expect Magic capabilities in full as original one! There is Magic cursor bit with funny limited functios! Will not go into details but try to find original remote! Netflix Amazon buttons are just for decorations or I am not capable to program or understand how it works! Buttons don't clicks as regular remote! They are so to say " lazy" a bit :-) Overall! If you need Magic cursor and aren't capable to find original remote go for this one but try to get original
