This product has made a noticeable difference to my hair. Less shedding and increase volume. Pricy, but it works.

Have been using this just over a week and amazed how good it is. I have definitely noticed my hair isn’t falling out as much as it used to and my scalp feels less itchy. I haven’t noticed my hair is thicker yet but it’s early days and I have only been using half of the stated amount that you are supposed to use, just so I can make it last longer. I will keep using it every day and probably buy more. Only thing I’m not fond of is that the bottle is made of a breakable substance so I’m trying to be careful I don’t drop it when I’m using it.

Dissapointed as didn’t notice a difference in my hair density. I’ve used this on my hair parting for a few months and not seen any change. A lot of money spend on a product that hasn’t worked. Also felt like my hair was left greasy from the first day of washing and left a “dusty” white residue. Don’t waste your money!

I got this for my brother who has recently started to experience hair thinning. The serum arrived in perfect condition and is nicely packaged. It smells very good and comes with a handy dropper for ease of application. This also helps to ensure the correct amount is used – 2.5ml, which is advised to be applied daily. This comes in an 85ml volume, and is currently on sale for £50. That means that there are 34 applications in the bottle, and each one costs £1.47. This does seem quite high when added up over the course of a year, £600, but if you find hair loss upsetting, it is a small price to pay. However, it is suggested that this is used in combination with the scalp toner, which pushes the monthly cost up even further. Again, this is a personal decision as to the accessibility and value. The advert suggests that results take a while, which makes sense, so I will report back at a later date. As for my review right now, I like the presentation, the formulae and the overall professional quality of the product. It's also a brand I know and trust.

I've never thought to use a scalp serum as I get quite greasy roots and I thought this would make that worse. I don't suffer massively with patchiness but I do have a lot of hair drop and was looking to reduce that. I really like how it feels on the scalp, I tend to use in the evening and any excess serum comes onto the pillow and can be washed. It actually feels quite nice and soothing, and I get quite itchy/flakey scalp sometimes this seems to have helped with that. It is early days to tell if it's helped my hair loss but it does seem promising so far and has a lovely scent. Also presented really nicely and feels luxurious to use. I did dock a star due to the price I'm not sure this would be achievable for everyone.

This is a really pleasant scalp serum that works very well, I think, at preventing hair fall. I've been using this consistently for a few weeks now, and I've definitely noticed less hair loss, especially when in the shower. And my hair, I think, feels thicker and a nicer condition too. I think this helps both to create the appearance of thicker hair by conditioning it really well, and also helping to improve the quality of the skin on the scalp, meaning hair grows faster and better. I think it's a very nice quality product, and it's certainly one of the better scalp serums I've tried. It has a pleasant scent and is really nice to use, and you don't need very much either, so I'd say this is a good investment.

Didn't expect miracles from this product, didn't actually expect anything at all actually along with the myriad of other hair thickening, restoration products. So to actually see a little change was rather unexpected especially in the short term which has been enough to prompt me to continue using the product. Very slight but noticeable (to me, likely no one else) thickening in a few areas where my hair has started to thin. Fairly easy to apply, doesn't leave any residual sticky or greasy feel. Has a slight smell of menthol to it. Scalp seems a little less dry now and less hair evident in the plug hole when washing it. Very expensive, will need to reassess once the bottle is exhausted whether the thickening continued longer term before making a purchase.

My hair has been shedding terribly for the past few years. I’m 47 and have always had incredibly thick, coarse hair. In the past year the amount of shedding and thinning began to alarm me and I knew I had to do something. I’ve been purchasing lots of products to prevent the hair loss with no noticeable differences. I bought this with no real hope that it would help and fully expecting to have to see a doctor at some point. Two days into using this I noticed a decrease in shedding. One week in and I am loosing almost no hair at all! I use it every day whether I wash my hair or not. I would recommend this product a thousand times! It works!! I’m overjoyed!!!

I’d like to attach a video and picture how I received the product. I believe that products are good, since we tried the product previously and that was the only reason we ordered it again, even though the price is quite high. But how it was delivered and we received it is unacceptable. I never received any products this way, the outer packaging is damaged, the product was unattached to the box, box was broken and opened…

I’m really disappointed with the new formula. I’ve used this product for a long time and always loved how the previous version made my hair feel—light, soft, and full of life. Unfortunately, the updated formula is completely different. After using it, my hair feels flat and weighed down, with no volume at all. It also leaves my hair slightly tangled, which never happened before. The biggest issue for me is how it feels on my scalp; it caused noticeable itching and irritation, something I never experienced with the old formula. I don’t understand why the brand changed something that was already working so well. The previous formula was perfect for my hair type, but this new version has been a major letdown. I really hope the company considers bringing the original formula back.

I believe the formula has changed from the first bottle I used. My current bottle (2nd one) seems to be thicker and is more difficult to get the correct amount of serum in the dropper. It is also difficult to squeeze it out when applying to your scalp without leaving some of the serum in the dropper. I requested an exchange and received it but it has the same issue. I will continue to use this bottle but will not reorder it.
