Great second tv
Bought this as my mother was coming to stay. Has all the players needed and works well. Sound and picture quality is good for a budget tv. Really pleased with the tv.

Good picture and sound
Very nice TV for the price but i have had a lot of problems with it keeping connected to Wi-Fi in the bedroom other TVs have been OK in the same place

Amazing quality
Literally brought this for my bedroom a couple of weeks ago. I wasn’t expecting much as the price was a bargain. It actually looks, sounds and works better than my tv in my living room which was a lot more expensive. Amazing value

Super Impressed!
Bought this TV to replace a 3 year old Samsung in my bedroom which packed up on me. Was a little dubious as the price was so keen but I am totally shocked at how good this Blaupunkt is. I ordered it at 9am yesterday and it arrived today at 10.30am. Amazing service! It's super light was really easy to install and connect to my WiFi. Took no time at all and I didn't even refer to the instruction book as it was so simple. The picture quality knocks the socks off the old Samsung, especially on the HD Freeview channels. The sound is excellent, it has JBL sound built in. Honestly shocked at how good this TV is, especially for such a low price. TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime Video which are the two apps I use the most. Really delighted with this purchase.

Amazon Prime video App does not work properly on this TV
Bought this as my first smart TV so that I could access content on Netflix, i player, Amazon Prime Video etc. Most of the apps work well with the exception of the Amazon Prime Video app, which whilst playing some content gives a ‘Something went wrong’ message for most content. Contacted the seller who pointed me in the direction of the manufacturer as the TV has a twelve month warranty. The manufacturer UMC who have not been able to help with this issue blaming the fault on Amazon Prime Video, even though I don’t have a problem accessing all Amazon Prime Video content on my smart phone etc. Don’t waste your money on this TV, I’d suggest you just buy an Amazon Firestick for your existing TV. Not impressed!!

Connecting tv to wifi
Lovely tv but disappointed with remote because it doesn't have letters on it only numbers,unable to connect to wifi with password,please advise if another way to connect tv to wifi without connecting Ethernet cable,than you.

No User guides provided
I hunted high and low for the user guide for this TV in the box as I wanted to know how to get to the sleep function. No guide. Couldn’t find one online. I emailed Blaupunkt only to discover you have to pay an extra £11 for a paper user guide. To be fair they did send a link to one online, but a couple of days after requested. It would be handy to have one when setting TV up. If it wasn’t for this I would have given 5 stars, but it’s put me off Blaupunkt - should have stuck to Sony or Samsung!
