Does this cover the entire mattress?

Yes, it’s a complete six-sided wrap-around encasement with a long, smooth-gliding zipper and a hook and loop closure for extra security. It fully seals your mattress on all sides for maximum protection.

Is it difficult to install on the bed?

Not at all! Thanks to the three-sided zipper design, it’s easy to put on, even solo. Many users, including older adults, say they installed it without help. Just unzip, slide over the mattress, and zip it closed.

Is the fabric soft and breathable?

Yes. The encasement is made from high-quality polyester with a soft, silky feel that’s also quiet and breathable - no crinkly sounds, no stiffness, and no added warmth. The fabric is stretchy to ensure a snug, tight fit.

Is it waterproof and protective?

Absolutely. The inner lining is 100% waterproof polyurethane, which blocks moisture, spills, and accidents. Ideal for households with pets or kids, or just for peace of mind and mattress longevity.

Are matching pillow covers available?

Yes! Four Seasons Essentials offers matching pillow protectors made from the same soft, waterproof fabric with zippered closures. They’re perfect for a complete bedding protection set.
