This particular model is cool because the plastic backing is actually transparent, giving it the effect of being even lower profile than other similar flexible panels. Putting this on a small boat where it will see a ton of salt spray, will update if I have any trouble with it. MC4 connectors are a bonus. The junction box looks like they sealed it with some kind of silicone and did a bit of a sloppy job with it, some of it got out onto the area with the cells, but I peeled that off easily. Actually I'm a bit worried by how easily the silicone came off, makes me concerned about the seal, but we'll see. UPDATE 7-8-2017: Now that the panel has been out in the sun a few days I see that there are "hot spots" developing inside the panel which are causing the plasic to bubble and delaminate over the cells! Bad news, it is defective! These spots are considerably hotter than the rest of the panel, almost too hot to touch. See pictures of delamination bubbles. (SELLER please contact me for replacement!)
