Why does it have so much Thiamin, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid & B-12?

thiamin is B-1 pantothenic acid is B-5 and B-12 are very essential B vitamins that we tend not to get enough off and are important for our nervous system our brain and helps metabolism of protein carbs and fat niacin helps with colestoral. I had to look this info up again and so this is why I like that it is higher than most and take it everyday

does this b complex contain any citrus, lactose, or milk?

The label says "This encapsulated product contains no hidden coatings, excipients, binders, fillers, shellacs, artificial colors or fragrance. Contains no dairy, wheat, yeast, gluten, corn, sugar, starch, soy, preservatives or hydrogenated oils." The label doesn't mention citrus so I couldn't say for sure about that one. You may want to contact Pure Encapsulations directly through their website to ask about citrus to be 100% clear.

How can I tell if what I received is counterfeit or not? The capsules smell funny to me (more "cheap vitamin-y" than my other PE supplements).

They are b-group vitamins. They stink. There’s nothing wrong with them.

Good

I was taking it regularly For the first 2 weeks made me feel energetic and later whenever i took it didn’t feel the same but im still happy with the brand no side effects alhamdullilah Im giving it 4 star because i don’t know if the period spots which im getting is from the B complex or not. If anyone is experiencing the same please let me know

A great choice

What I love about these are the fact that the serving is 1 tablet. They are thin in size and easy to swallow with no odor. I had low energy and after taking the supplements, I have felt a burst of energy and reduced brain fog. I would recommend this brand to every woman especially those who are menopausal.

Ich habe in den Bewertungen gelesen das es 120 Kapseln sind, so wie es auf der Dose steht, aber es sind nur 60 Kapseln und zurückgeben geht auch nicht 😟 ich hätte alle Rezesionen lesen sollen 😳 Habe die selben Tabletten wo anders um die Hälfte gesehen, aber wie schon gesagt dachte es sind 120🙈

Was ich sehr schade finde ist die Tatsache, daß das abgebildete Produkt 120 Kapseln enthält, was den Preis von 39€ rechtfertigen würde (wenn ich mit anderen Anbietern vergleiche). Tatsächlich aber nur 60 Kapseln geliefert werden. Eine Rücksendung ist nicht möglich, ebenso wenig wie eine Kontaktaufnahme. Sehr schade
