Great customer service!
My son lost a part when he opened this (thereโs a little plastic red piece which looks unimportant but is VITAL!!) and the company have kindly sent me a replacement. Iโm really pleased with the communication and service I received and the sword itself is very cool and well made. Highly recommend!

Itโs really great! I use it all the time and itโs really durable. Itโs a shame as the ring around the handle broke on the way here but I donโt mind. Over its great!

Sent with parts missing!
Unfortunately they sent the sword without a vital piece of it so the handle does not stay on when using. Seller is ignoring my messages. I now have a faulty item and there customer service have not been helpful at all. Would avoid!

Itโs ok but will things ruin it
Cap on the end of the sword isnโt attached and doesnโt clip in . Frustrating that it falls off so easily. Itโs ok quality
