It has seven holes, counting the thumb. Why would you want to limit it to six holes? It plays like a recorder.

Any normal headphones will work. It has standard 1/8 inch headphone input. Have fun!

Sorry, Bluetooth is about an encyclopedia ahead of me. I have plugged in an external speaker to this digital instrument. I have listened to it through earplugs. I have listened to it just by itself. I have not noticed any delay — no matter how I play it. However, it sounds like an electric instrument. You can put it on saxophone but it’s not going to sound like a sax !t sounds like “midi music.” If you can live with that it’s a lot of fun.
