I see that these are suppose to have deeper ear cups but the depth measurement is not mentioned. can i get an actual measurement to compare with oem?

Hello, Dekoni Audio has informed us that the depth is 10mm deeper than the stock style ear pads that come with the WH1000XM4

Do they come with instructions on how to remove the pads?

Mine came with instructions if I remember correctly, but if not there are plenty of videos on YouTube and various suppliers on Amazon that show you how to change the ear cushions. It's actually very easy.

I read somewhere that the suede version is cooler for hot climates and causes less sweat. Is that correct?

Although our Choice Suede and Leather are vegan alternatives, the materials do mimic real suede and leather as both materials are the same just reversed(Think like a reversible jacket). That means even though the outer face is the suede, the inside of the pad is still Choice Leather. They will be similar in heat retention except that the suede is not a smooth surface so will have more crevices for the heat to escape, this heat dissipation effect might be negligible or unnoticed.
