Will these fit CSG graded slabs?

These fit our PSA graded slabs like a glove. If CSG slabs are the same size or smaller than PSA they'll work. If they are bigger than PSA then they wouldn't fit.

Do the sleeves add any cloudiness or are they actually clear?

They’re clear like normal penny sleeves
