A great gaming controller for Samsung S23 Ultra
I bought the Razer Kishi v2 for my Samsung S23 Ultra, and I am very happy with it. It is a well-built and comfortable controller that connects to your phone via USB-C and transforms it into a handheld gaming device. It works with many games and apps, and it doesn’t drain the battery much, so you can play for long periods of time. The buttons are responsive and clicky, and the analog sticks are smooth and precise. It feels like a Steam Deck or a Nintendo Switch, which is a big plus. The only issue I had was the initial setup, as there were no instructions included in the box. I had to download an app from Razer that guides you through the installation and configuration process. It was not very intuitive, and it took me some time to figure it out. Also, you cannot use the controller with a case on your phone, so you have to remove it every time you want to play. This is a bit inconvenient, and it could damage your phone or the case over time. Overall, I think the Razer Kishi v2 is a great gaming controller for Samsung S23 Ultra, but it needs better instructions and compatibility with cases. If you are looking for a portable and immersive gaming experience on your phone, this is a good option to consider (not sure why some people tend to complain about it as I had no issues expect for games such as Genshin Impact where the controller is not being detected and you need to setup a virtual touch)

Great controller
Download emulationstation or daijisho and you can play basically any console ps2 and older on your phone. Would have dreamed about having this as a kid. Well built, triggers are analogue. Macro button is really useful. Only thing to note is as this is an older model you can't pass through fast charge, but it will pass through enough to keep you going at 1%.

Big Improvement on V1 Model
As a user of both the V1 & V2 models of the Razer Kishi, I strongly recommend not to buy the V1 model, but to get the new V2 model instead. Ergonomically it fits the hands so much better & feels far more sturdier. The buttons & thumbsticks are far better made & placed, & have not fallen out ( which was an issue with the V1 model). If you do get this, then get yourself a case that you carry it about in. It'll protect the controller from any damage during travelling.

Upgrades your game experience to another level
I like how nicely it's been designed. All the buttons work smoothly. There is no lag. Worth every penny

Does not work with kishi app on android
I spent two hours trying to find a fix to make it work with its proprietary app on android. Kishi could not detect the device. I followed manufacturers instructions on their website. Nothing works. BUT I installed razer Nexus android app and marvelously the controller got detected, I even upgraded the firmware of the controller 😂. But it didn't help kishi to detect the controller. Waste of money. Avoid!! Unless, Razer will come up with some official fix or whatever.

Not up to the job
Sorry Razer, I've got one of your keyboards which is good - but this Kishi V2 isn't worth the price and doesn't perform adequately. The two main problems I encountered were: (1) Joystick dead zones being way too big. I tested in several games and they were pretty much unplayable. Small screen demands high control sensitivity - not the case here. (2) The first problem would be forgivable if you could manage dead zones in the app. Unfortunately not, and overall the app isn't worth the MB it takes up. I searched through forum discussions and found several mentions of the dead zone issue. It's a shame. I've returned the Kishi and replaced with the significantly cheaper Gamesir X2S-C, which works perfectly. Two stars instead of one, as the Kishi would be ok for simple games that don't need the joystick sensitivity.

Great usb-c controller for mobile gaming
It's a very light weighted high quality controller. The usb-c connectivity is a great feature to avoid latency and disconnections also it has the ability to charge your phone through a dedicated charging usb-c port. The analog sticks resemble the ones from Nintendo switch controller and the buttons are small but ok. The only problem is the extra buttons near the back buttons, they are so close and sometimes I press them by mistake.

Alles bestens!
