Great for nail and hair
Another excellent product from Dr Berg. A little pricey but well worth it. His products have all the nutrients we expect. Our hair and nails grow like crazy. I have to file my nails daily because of new growth!

Love Results! Would enjoy FSA/HSA option if no price increases
Very beneficial results in improving immunity and other health factors. I have come to find that the D3 with K2 has bile salts included is a vital benefit for me as well. This is my 4th order and now part of my daily regimen. I would really love the option to purchase with FSA/HSA if it does not increase the price. For now am submitting with LMN from docs for reimbursement that is a bit of a pain but still worth it. To be fair I have only tried about 4 other brands but they were D3 and K2 separately without the inclusion of bile salts, etc. so I am happy with this quality and saving efforts from having extra capsules to take and buy when I had to do so individually. Thank you!

I like this combined vitamin very much. First, 10.000 IU vit D3 per capsule (I never take a capsule but drop the powder in water and drink) and then the additional K2 you need as well. I take it now every day and feel the difference already.

my 1st purchase was on January 2025 and I feel significant healthier than before regarding my knee pain and overall ...I used to get this "insufficient level" result of Vit D before I consumed this. Then after 4 months consuming Dr.Berg Vit D3 10000iu +K2 , I had my Vit D level checked again and the result showed "sufficient level" on May 2025. I'm happy that this supplement actually works. For maintenance I consume 5000iu now.
