can it be used on black waiter pants? 96%cotton/4% spandex blend

This product is designed for Down Jackets/down sleeping bags/Down comforters. Not sure why you'd use it on waiter paints...but it won't hurt.

The description says "spray" the bottle shows "wash" liquid. so which is this? a spray on product or the 2in1 wash/proofer liquid?

It is to be used in the washing machine not a spray
