The product works well
This product works great. Please ensure you are using ferrules to crimp the end of the copper stranded wires before making the connection, or crip tight with a copper tube end, this will in most case prevent overheating and allow for better flow current. Also if you are using a inverter with built in charge controller is best to use a non polorized switch. This breaker is performs best in my opinion where the battery , inverter and solar controller are seperate devices.

Works, but terminals are weakish and won't remain tight on bare wire
They work great, and tripped within about 10S @ 160A (tested on 2S2P Tesla Model S modules + 6kW inverter + 4 1850W heat guns). There are 3 relatively minor but annoying issues with it: 1) The terminal lugs that it comes with cannot handle the amperage without generating considerable heat. They work, but the heat generation makes them marginal IMHO. 2) The terminals are euro-style so they simply cannot remain tight when clamping typical stranded wire. Since the included lugs are marginal, I just crimped ferrules onto the 4AWG welding cable using the square style crimp jaws on my universal crimp tool and connected them directly into the lugs… 2 rugged trips to Burningman and logs of bouncing, they are still tight as a drum. You can buy a "standard" DC rated breaker like this for 4x the cost and likely not have these issues, but if you are willing to work around these annoyances, they are a great value. 2) The plastic opening to access the #2 Phillips head screw terminals to tighten the lugs are too small, so there's probably no #2 driver you have that will be able to fit. You'll either need to grind down a #2 driver to fit, or do as I did and drill out the plastic to a larger diameter. Whatever you do

Set it in line and forget it.
I have 3, 6 string solar panels run through to inverter. great for maintenance shut off, or when I occasionally need to feed batteries from a gas generator. Good product.
