Setwear Radio Chest Pack

excellent product. This is the second time i have purchased this same item. I prefer the original version with the velcro closure on the flap pocket. The new version is silent, but the elastic loop and button requires both hands to open and is difficult to open with cold weather gloves on. Not a deal breaker and being in the film industry I am familiar with the "quiet on set" moments. My original chest pack is still going strong despite my hard use and daily wear.

As a producer working on film sets, I’m constantly moving between departments and need my walkie and paperwork on me at all times. When I first tried the Setwear Radio Chest Pack, I’ll admit it felt a little strange—especially as a woman adjusting to the fit and style. It took a couple of days to get used to wearing it on set. But once I did, I wouldn’t go back. It keeps my walkie secure and easy to reach, and the additional pocket is perfect for call sheets and small essentials. The biggest benefit is being completely hands-free while still having everything I need right on me during long production days. Now it’s a standard part of my set gear. If you work in production and need quick access to your radio while staying mobile, this is incredibly practical.

This is the industry’s standard. Low profile fit underneath jacket very well. It being so slim line helps you carry only the essentials. Stage hand approved.

Was on the fence about ordering the chest pack, debating is this too dorky.... well, after months and years of sitting on my radio every time I went to catering, or sat down at a desk, this chest pack is awesome. Quality is pretty good, definitely durable enough for actual gigging and real production folks. Get one. You'll most likely love it.

You really can't go wrong with this one, for the price it's a good piece of gear. I don't think the durability is up for every day, rough duty use, but it's well made for the price point and should hold up for anyone who takes care of their gear. As a search & rescue volunteer I resisted using a chest harness for a long time, but went for the SetWear after seeing it on a teammate. I chose it over many other harnesses due to the vertical radio pouch, which allows an extended radio antenna to be held onto the shoulder strap with a piece of velcro. No buyers remorse at all.

Durable, easy to adjust and wear, and not invasive at all. Strap adjusts to fit any kind of radio you need outside of the rectangular block switches but it's definitely a great addition to my gear

LOVE THIS THING. I bought it to use when I work at a race track as fire/rescue and it works perfect. Holds my radio,cell phone,small first aid kit, and multi tool no problem, plus when I don't have a radio it works great to hold a bottle of water Lol
