I believe it is working for peripheral neuropathy
I bought this device as an alternative to the more expensive treatments ($250 a session) at my chiropractor. His device is electrohydraulic, apparently the gold standard at present. I know this device is just a radial ballistic type with minimal penetration but the area of concern is only 1.5 cm deep. Toes and metatarsal pad on my right foot. I am now at the 6th week x 2 treatments per week and there is definite improvement. So far I have had no problems with the unit. I am able to walk without much pain. Keeping my fingers crossed that this will be permanent.

DO NOT BUY NULATOOL - Breaks after two months
This product worked ok initially, but will suddenly stop working. The shockwave won’t even work anymore. It is unbelievable. I asked Amazon to reach out to the company, and they did nothing. It is an expensive paperweight.

Product was as described.
Works better if you have a partner do the deep rub on the muscles. Not too effective with the ED attachment. Remaining attachments work very well and treat the everyday aches and pains.

The fan quit working.
I bought this almost a year ago and don’t use it that often, only for personal use when I have an injury. I haven’t even used half a bottle of gel with it. The fan no longer works so it won’t turn on and I can’t find a way to contact the seller. I would buy it again though just because it saved me money from having to see a therapist to do the treatment. It paid for itself in four uses.

Was it working?
Couldnt tell if it was defective or broken. Seemed to work intermittently but not quite sure

Quit working after 5 uses
I purchased the item and initially loved it as it did its intended purpose. After 5 uses the percussion ball inside will not speed up to make the device useable .

Easy to carry equipment
Bought this for mobile PT as a tool in my toolbox if requested. Machine is high quality and really can’t beat the price. It’s easy to use with reports of pain reduction at end of session.

This is not a real shock therapy device.
This does not work as advertised. I’ve used real machines before and you couldn’t event feel the shock. Doesn’t provide accurate shocks if any at all.
