I have not detected any side effects from this medication, and I have lost some weight on the supplement. I have also been very disciplined about portion sizes, so the main source of weight loss is difficult to pinpoint, but the results are certainly positive.

Received 58 capsules and two were opened. The capsules are now coated with the bitter berberine.
